The home sleeps up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms, 2 masters, and a bunk room with 2 Queen beds, each with premium bedding and private bathrooms.  Additionally, there is a full-size pull out sofa bed.

Yes! The full-size, climate-controlled indoor court features PickleRoll flooring, pro-level nets, and 4 mini-split AC units — playable year-round regardless of the weather.

Absolutely. We welcome families, corporate groups, and pickleball friends. We provide board games, streaming services, and a patio with a 7-person hot tub, a 3-person barrel sauna, an outdoor ping pong table, table/chairs, sofa, fire pit, and a grill.

Rates vary by season and demand, typically from $750 to $900 per night, with multi-night and midweek discounts. Split between your friends, it’s less than a hotel.

Yes, a refundable $500 deposit is standard to cover potential damages and is credited upon checkout minus the cleaning fee of $300.

The property includes the indoor court, living room, chef’s kitchen, dining room, bar area overlooking the court, laundry room, luxury linens, Wi-Fi, oversized TVs, and a patio with a 7-person hot tub, 3-person sauna, fire pit, grill, and outdoor lounges.

Yes — guests can request private coaching sessions or mini-tournaments. We partner with Dan Fowler as our in-house instructor.

Definitely. Guests can pre-book a private dinner with Chef Vedam .

Yes — top-tier demo paddles (Joola and Selkirk), balls, and nets are included. Feel free to bring your own gear if you prefer. A ball machine is also at the property and hundreds of balls. 

Check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Yes — ample on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Approximately 10 minutes from Blue Ridge’s restaurants, breweries, and boutiques.

Atlanta (ATL) or Chattanooga (CHA). Both are roughly a 90-minute scenic drive. Less traffic from CHA.

No. The property is entirely smoke- and vape-free, both indoors and on the court.

No. Due to the court surface, paw prints and accidents are very difficult to clean up.  We love dogs and wanted to make the house dog-friendly, but the integrity of the court could be compromised. 

Full refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival. 50% refund if canceled within 14 days. No refund within 7 days.
