Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
75% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 45 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
25% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 15 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €179 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 2 day(s) after departure
Notes
Reschedule Policy
If a reschedule of a booked date is requested, we will charge the below fees based on notice provided. The requested new dates would be subject to availability and any difference in the nightly rate. Only one reschedule allowed per reservation.
45+ days before check-in: $150 rescheduling fee
26–44 days before check-in: $250 rescheduling fee
14–25 days before check-in: $500 rescheduling fee
Less than 14 days before check-in: 50% of the original booking amount.
